Stuff ...

I am midway through Retirement Week number 2 and am still sitting around recuperating from twisting my knee while taking down outdoor Christmas lights early last week (sigh).

Lots of mail back and forth about signing up for Medicare Part B ...  things are a mess and nobody at SSA or BCBS are that helpful.  I feel like I am in the doghouse over this. We don't have coverage yet and I am worried about penalties.

Mike Salazar replaced a gasket and cartridge in the bathtub shower plumbing which fixed a 2-3 week leaking situation,  Mike gave us a name of a friend of his that could replace the damaged sheet rock.  Lila bought a new bath tub spout.  I have an email into Mike that askes how to remove the old spout (I don't want to damage plumbing).
